Please, be informed that since the present, in accordance to ITU Band Plan, all 4J/4K amateurs are permitted for usage of expanded
frequencies of 40 and 80 m bands in a frame of 3500-3800 kHz and 7000-7200 кHz, instead to previouse narrower bands.
